A new engine was created exclusively for the GR Yaris, with the desire to inherit the WRC image in the engine and powertrain.The GR Yaris is set to become the base model for WRC vehicles in the future, and the engine of the GR Yaris has been designed with emphasis on the needs of the WRC.
The vehicles introduced are special edition vehicles that can only be reserved online.
In addition, from October 2021, in collaboration with Abe Shokai Co., Ltd., the sole importer of Bilstein, we have changed the suspension to the first prototype, Bilstein B16 PSS10 (list price 638,000 yen)!
This equipment will be even more enjoyable for those who have ridden the GR Yaris in the past and for those who currently ride it!
In September 2024, the clutch was also replaced with a reinforced clutch made by Cusco.
The weight is almost the same as the original, but the feel is more direct.
