Is there age limit etc to borrow rent-a-car?
After acquiring MT license, it is limited to those over 3 years. ※ Some vehicles are subject to age requirements.
Can I borrow rent-a-car although it is foreign nationality?
It is possible if you have international license and passport, your country's license, itinerary presentation.
What kind of case do you have a valid driving license, but you can not borrow rent-a-car?
If you can not convince the regulations stipulated by our company, if payment of fee can not be made, if there is a non-return action etc. in the past, we judge that we can not lend out, we are sorry, but we can not rent.
Can I drive even non-members?

RESERVE

Can I rent without reservation?
Be sure to make a reservation in advance.
When can I make a reservation?
Please make a reservation by 20:00 on the day before your date of use.
  • When using on Wednesday until 20:00 on Sunday
How many months can we make a reservation?
We are asking for reservations from three months in advance.
Can I make a reservation other than by members?
I'm sorry. Reservations other than members are not accepted. Since it is simple input content, please register at this opportunity by all means.
Do you have rent-a-car equipped with Navi or ETC?
For equipment, please check the rental car you plan to use. If you use ETC, you will need your ETC card, so be sure to bring your ETC card.
Is there a smoking car?
We are sorry, but all are non-smoking cars. In case of being smoked in the car, we will receive a separate penalty.
Can I bring my pet to a rent-a-car?
Pet ride is not allowed. We appreciate your cooperation so that all customers can comfortably use it. If you are carrying a pet, you will be charged a separate penalty.
How can I change / cancel my reservation?
Please make a reservation change / cancellation to the business office by telephone. We will do that procedure at our company.
However, the cancellation period after reservation may cause a cancellation fee.
For details, please see "Cancellation charge" of "About charge".
Does the reservation change / cancellation fee occur?
In case of canceling the reservation, the following reservation cancellation fee will be charged.
Please be advised that it will be considered as cancellation of reservation if there is no communication exceeding the scheduled time of lending for more than 1 hour.
In case of canceling reservation, the following cancellation fee will be charged.

  • Within business hours from 6 days to 3 days in advance 20% of basic charge
  • Within business hours from 2 days to the previous day 30% of basic charge
  • That day 50% of basic charge
  • Cancellation after 20:00 will be canceled the next day.

THE DAY

What kind of things should I bring on the day?
Please bring the following
  • Driver's license
  • Credit card in your name

Is parking available?
For each rental car, one can be used free of charge. We are not responsible for any accidents or theft that occurred in the parking lot, so we are not responsible.

Please return it as it is. We will settle the actual travel distance number by multiplying our company's prescribed kilometric equivalent fuel consumption.
Are there any cautions at the time of return?
We can not assume any responsibility such as loss of lost article at the time of return. Please confirm with yourself whether there are no forgotten items when returning.
Is it possible to run a circuit?
Circuit driving, gymkana, and similar acts similar to them are not accepted at all.

PAYMENT

When can I pay the fee?
We will settle the basic fee from credit card upon reservation. In addition, we will separately acquire advance reservation of the usage frame by credit card for warranty. We will settled from within the credit card frame which we reserved in advance for other use that occurred at the time of return.
