What is the procedure of rental procedure?
Please refer to the User Guide for more information.
Please let me know business hours and regular holiday.
Business hours are from 9:00 to 19:00. Every Tuesday is a regular holiday.
Can I rent a car or return it at midnight?
We apologize, but rental and return procedures are carried out during business hours.
Can I rent a car for a long time?
Yes, it is possible. If you would like to rent for more than 24 hours, please make a reservation for "More than 24 hours" on our website.
Can you bring your rental car to the designated place?
Please be sure to come to our office and receive an explanation of important points and accident compensation. We will take care of your car if you come by car.
Is there age limit etc to borrow rent-a-car?
Limited to those who have held a manual transmission driver's license for at least three years and are 21 years of age or older (25 years of age or older for the R35 GT-R).
I am a foreign national. Can I rent a car?
Foreigners can also drive our cars if they present their international driving license, passport, and driver's license from their home country.
When can I not rent a car even if I have a valid driver's license?
If you can not convince the regulations stipulated by us, if payment of fee can not be made, if there is a non-return action etc. in the past, we judge that we can not lend out, we are sorry, but we can not rent.
Can I drive even non-members?
Membership registration is required to make a reservation. If someone other than the person making the reservation will be driving, all drivers must present their international driving licenses, original driving licenses and passports.

MEMBER

Can I join the current address abroad?
You can join us if you can fill out the form.
Do I need admission fee or annual fee?
Admission fee and annual fee are free.
Is there a validity period for membership registration?
There is no registration expiration date.
What happens when the registered contents (address, contact address, etc.) of the member has been changed.
Please apply change contents with inquiry mail. We will change it after receiving.
What should I do if I want to withdraw from my account?
Please apply for unsubscription with inquiry mail. After receiving, we will withdraw from us.

RESERVE

Can I rent without reservation?
Be sure to make a reservation in advance.
When can I make a reservation?
Please make a reservation by 19:00 on the day before your date of use.
  • When using on Wednesday until 19:00 on Sunday
How many months can we make a reservation?
Reservations are accepted from 9:00 am on the 1st business day of each month.
Can I make a reservation other than by members?
We are sorry, but  reservations other than members are not accepted. Since it is simple input content, please register at this opportunity by all means.
Do you have rent-a-car equipped with Navi or ETC?
Please check the rental car you plan to use for equipment. You can bring your own ETC card, or you can rent one for 550 yen.
Is there a smoking car?
We are sorry, but all are non-smoking cars. In case of being smoked in the car, we will receive a separate penalty.
Can I bring my pet to a rent-a-car?
Pet ride is not allowed. We appreciate your cooperation so that all customers can comfortably use it. If you are carrying a pet, you will be charged a separate penalty.
How can I change / cancel my reservation?
To change or cancel your reservation, please contact our office.
Does the reservation change / cancellation fee occur?
In case of canceling the reservation, the following reservation cancellation fee will be charged. Please be advised that it will be considered as cancellation of reservation if there is no communication exceeding the scheduled time of lending for more than 1 hour. In case of canceling reservation, the following cancellation fee will be charged.
  • Within business hours 7 days before boarding day free
  • Within business hours from 6 days to 3 days in advance 20% of basic charge
  • Within business hours from 2 days to the previous day 30% of basic charge
  • That day 50% of basic charge
  • Cancellation after 19:00 will be canceled the next day.

THE DAY

What kind of things should I bring on the day?
Please bring the following
  • Driver's license
  • Credit card in your name
  • If you do not have a Japanese driver's license, you will need a Geneva Convention-style international driver's license and a passport to drive in Japan.
Is parking available?
For each rental car, one can be used free of charge. We are not responsible for any accidents or theft that occurred in the parking lot, so we are not responsible.
What should I do if I am late for the appointment time?
Please contact our office.
Can I lend / return outside business hours?
We are asking for rental car lending / return within business hours.
  • Business hours 9: 00-19: 00
I'd like to change the return time with a sudden schedule change ...
If your schedule changes, please contact us as soon as possible. Please be sure to inform our office when you are forced to extend the term of payment due to road congestion etc. If we do not hear from you, we will file a stolen report to the police, we will receive the extension fee and the accompanying expenses.
  • If you wish to extend, we may refuse depending on the circumstances. Please note.
What happens if I don't make it in time to return the car?
We will charge an overage fee of 7,700 yen per hour. Also, returns outside of business hours will not be accepted.
What if I can not fill the gasoline when I return the car?
We will check the fuel level on your gas meter and multiply that by our company's fuel efficiency rate per kilometer.
Is it possible to run a circuit?
Circuit driving, gymkana, and similar acts similar to them are not accepted at all.

PAYMENT

When can I pay the fee?
We will settle the basic fee from credit card upon reservation. In addition, we will separately acquire advance reservation of the usage frame by credit card for warranty. We will settled from within the credit card frame which we reserved in advance for other use that occurred at the time of return.

Are there any distance limits?
There is a distance limit of 250km for 10-hour rentals and 400km for 24-hour rentals. If you exceed the distance limit, you can pay 55 yen per kilometer.

OTHER

What should I do if I have an accident?
First, rescue the injured person and, if necessary, call an ambulance. Call the police to investigate the accident scene. Call our insurance company. They will arrange a tow truck if necessary. Contact us via WhatsApp chat or email. We will respond during business hours.
Is it necessary to do the prescribed procedure even if it is not accident, just rubbing just a little?
At our company, regardless of the size of the scratches and dents, presence or absence of the opponent, "accident treatment" will be. Be sure to take the required procedures including cases where judgment can not be taken. (If necessary procedures are not taken, insurance and compensation can not be applied and it will be borne by the customer)
  • Be sure to obtain accident certification.
  • We will charge a non-operation charge as part of operating compensation during the repair period.
What should I do if I break down while renting?
Please contact us and we will do our best to assist you during business hours. If you have any safety concerns, please contact our insurance company and request a tow truck. Our insurance company is open 24 hours a day.
