What are the business hours and holidays?
The shop is open every day from 9:00 to 19:00 except Tuesday that is holiday.
Can I rent a car at night?
We apologize, but we only accept rentals during business hours.
Can I rent a car for a long period?
Yes, it is possible.
Can I have the car delivered to a specific location?
You must come to the shop for picking up and returning the car. Before you leave with the car we will explain the terms and conditions and the accident compensation. Also, if you come with a car, you can leave it at our shop for the time you're renting our car.
What are the age and other restrictions for renting a car?
You must be at least 23 years old or older for R32 and the Evo IX, 25 years old or older for R35 2020MY, 28 years old or older for R35 2025MY Final Model and the GT-R R34, 21 years old or older for the other cars. Also, you must have a drivers license included MT for at least 3 years.
Can I rent a car as a foreigner?
Yes, you can rent a car if you have Geneva Convention-style International Driver's License, passport, and a driver license from your country.
What are the conditions for renting a car?
If you do not agree with the rules set by our company, if you cannot pay the rental fee, if you have a history of non-return, or if we judge that you can't rent a car, we apologize but we will not rent you the car.
Can I drive a car without being a member?
All drivers must present their driver's license (if they do not have a Japanese driver's license, they must present a Geneva Convention-style international driver's license, their original driver's license, and their passport). There is also an additional charge of 4,000 yen for each additional driver.

About Membership System MEMBER

Can I register as a member if my current address is overseas?
You can register as a member if you fill out the form.
How can I become a member?
Please register as a member on the homepage.
Do I need to pay an entry fee or annual fee?
No, there is no entry fee or annual fee.
Is there an expiration date for membership registration?
No, there is no expiration date for membership registration.
How can I change my registration information (address, contact information, etc.)?
You can change it on "mypage".
How can I cancel my membership?
Please apply for cancellation via the contact email. After receiving your request, we will proceed for making your cancellation.

About Reservations RESERVE

Can I have a pet in the car?
We don't allow pets in our rental cars. If you bring a pet in the car, we will charge an additional penalty fee.
How can I change or cancel my reservation?
You can cancel from My Page. Once the cancellation is complete, the rental fee (minus the cancellation fee, if any) will be refunded. Reservations can't be changed, so please cancel and make a new reservation.
How much is the cancellation fee?
If you wish to cancel your reservation, the following cancellation fees will apply: *Please note that if we do not hear from you for more than one hour after the scheduled pick-up time, your reservation will be considered canceled. Cancellation Fees: 7 days before the rental date: No charge 6 to 3 days before: 20% of the base rate 2 days before: 30% of the base rate 1 day before: 50% of the base rate Same day: 100% of the base rate For more details, please refer to the "PRICE pricing system."
Is possible to smoke in the cars?
All cars are non-smoking. If you smoke inside the car, we will charge a penalty.
Can I rent a car without a reservation?
Please make a reservation by 19:00 on the day before your rental.
What is the last moment can I do a reservation?
Please make a reservation by 19:00 on the day before your rental.
How many months in advance can I make a reservation?
Reservations will begin being accepted at midnight on the 1st of two months prior to the rental date.
Can I make a reservation as a non-member?
We do not accept reservations from non-members. It's simple, so please register as a member.
Are the rental cars equipped with navigation system and ETC?
All cars are equipped with navigation system and ETC. If you do not have an ETC card, you can rent it for 550 yen.

On the Day THE DAY

What should I do if I am late?
If you are late in returning the car, you will be charged a late fee of 7,700 yen (tax included) per 30min. If there is a possibility that you will not be able to return the car on time, please contact us as soon as possible.
What do I need to bring on the day of pickup?
Please bring the following items: ・Geneva Convention-style International driver's license (For some countries, Japanese translations are also acceptable.) ・Original driver's license ・Passport ・Credit card in your name (a deposit is required upon departure. The deposit will be refunded when the vehicle is returned.) *If you have a co-driver, please bring a copy of the driver's license from the co-driver at the time of pickup.
Can I use the parking lot?
One parking space is available free of charge for each rental car. Please add the parking option when booking. Please note that we are not responsible for any accidents or theft that occur while parking.
What should I do if I am late?
If you are going to be late in returning the vehicle, please contact us as soon as possible. If you are late in returning the vehicle, a penalty of 7,000 yen will be charged for every 30 minutes.
Can I rent a car outside of business hours?
You can make the reservation every time you want on the website, but the pick up and the returning of the car must be during the time the shop is open (9:00/19:00).
My plans has changed and I would like to change the return time of the car.
You may return the car earlier than planned during business hours, but please note that if the rental period is shortened due to customer's convenience, the fee will not change. If you want to extend the rental period or if there is a possibility that you will not be able to make the return time, please contact us as soon as possible. Please note that if you want to extend the rental period, we may decline your request depending on the subsequent reservation situation.
Can I extend my rental period?
Please contact us at the store.
What should I do if I can't fill up the gas tank when returning the car?
Please return the car as it is. We will calculate the amount of missing gasoline based on the actual mileage and the fuel consumption rate specified by our company.
Are there any precautions when returning the car?
We are not responsible for any lost or forgotten items at the time of return. Please check that there are no forgotten items when returning the car.
Can I drive the car on a racing circuit?
No, driving in the circuit is forbidden. Gymkhana or any similar behavior are forbidden as well.

About Payment PAYMENT

When should I pay the rental fee?
Please pay the rental fee in full at the time of reservation. When returning the car, please pay any additional charges at the store. *【Credit cards accepted】 VISA・MASTERCARD・JCB・AMERICAN EXPRESS・DINERS A deposit will be taken upon departure. The deposit will be refunded upon return. If there is an excess fee, you will be required to pay it when you return the vehicle.
Can I rent a car in the evening?
We only accept rentals during the shop's business hours. (9:00/19:00)
Are there any mileage restrictions or additional charges?
The mileage limit depends on the duration of the rental (for example 10 hours 250km, 24 hours 400km). If you exceed the limit, you will be charged 55 yen (including tax) per kilometer.

What should I do if I have an accident?
If you have an accident while using the rental car, please follow these steps: 1. Stop the car and call the police. 2. Contact the store. 3. The compensation limit is determined by the company. Please refer to the "Insurance" page for more details.
Is it necessary to follow the same procedure if there is no accident but there is a small scratch?
「Yes, it is necessary. Regardless of the size of the scratch or dent, or whether there is another party involved, we treat it as an "accident". Please make sure to follow the prescribed procedures, even if you are unsure. If the necessary procedures are not taken, insurance and compensation cannot be applied, and you will be responsible for the costs. Please make sure to obtain an accident certificate. We will charge a non-operation fee as part of the business compensation during the repair period.
What should I do if the car has a malfunction during the rental?
If there is a problem with our maintenance or the car malfunctions during the rental, we will do our best to deliver a replacement car.
